About me

Hi, I’m Sarah—a former RAF servicewoman, certified health and wellbeing coach, and advocate for women navigating life’s transitions.

In 2006, I joined the Royal Air Force, building a career filled with purpose, adventure, and camaraderie. Representing the RAF in equestrian sports, completing overseas tours, and embracing personal and professional development became part of my identity. But motherhood changed everything. The struggle to balance service with family, the high cost of childcare, and the ever-present mum guilt led me to make the heartbreaking decision to leave the military—a choice that came with a loss I wasn’t fully prepared for.

Transitioning into civilian life felt like stepping into the unknown. I lost my sense of belonging, my network, the support system that had grounded me for years. The camaraderie—the feeling of truly being seen and understood—was suddenly gone. Becoming a new mother was already challenging, but with my husband posted away and my friends at different stages of life, the isolation hit even harder.

Seeking purpose again, I moved into an accounts background, later working within an MOD school and as a Community Liaison Officer. In that role, I saw spouses quietly struggling—adapting their lives around their partner’s career without protest, often feeling powerless in decisions that shaped their future. That resonated deeply. I understood the silent sacrifices, the loss of control, and the longing to reclaim a sense of identity beyond the roles we were expected to fill.

This realisation became my mission: to empower women—those still serving and those stepping into their next chapter and those married to service members—to embrace change with confidence, rediscover their sense of self, and build a future that reflects their ambitions. As a certified health and wellbeing coach, I offer holistic guidance that supports not just career transitions but emotional and physical well-being, helping women navigate the complexities of change with strength and clarity.

You’ve spent your life serving others. Now, it’s time to invest in yourself. Let’s navigate this journey together.
